How does digital image quality compare with film?
Some believe images taken with a film-based camera are of better quality
than digital. However, images taken with a high-resolution digital camera
rival those of film-based cameras.

Will my finished photos be edited and color corrected?
Each image selected for printing is edited, cropped and color corrected
to meet our demanding requirements.

How do I order reprints?
Photo reprints are available through your photographer. Contact us for
details on purchasing and shipping.

How and when do I approve proofs for printing of finished wedding photos?
Approximately two to four weeks following your wedding proofs will be
available for review. A meeting will be scheduled to select photographs
for production of your finished album. Your photographer will recommend
images and photo sizes to produce an aesthetic album that captures the memories
of this special moment in your lives.

Can I add to or delete features from your specially packaged prices?
Packages have been specially priced, and as such cannot be modified.

When are deposits and outstanding balances due?
A $200 initial deposit is due upon booking to secure your reservation.
An additional deposit of 50% of the balance is due 30 days before and the
remaining balance is due on the day of your event. We accept checks or money
orders, payable in U.S. currency.

Is my initial deposit refundable?
A full refund of your initial deposit will be made if your event is
cancelled in writing within three (3) business days following booking. After
this period, your deposit is nonrefundable.
